1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing or listing errors — in which case you will receive a full refund of amounts paid. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your item ships.

2. Pricing & Payment

Certain machines (including vape/e-cigarette vending machines) may only be operated lawfully in restricted settings under federal, state, and local law, including age-verification and adult-only-facility requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase, placement, and operation of any machine complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

7. Warranties

New machines carry the manufacturer’s warranty; refurbished machines carry our [90-days] warranty as described on our Warranty page. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost vending revenue.
