Shipping & Freight Delivery

Every vending machine we sell ships upright, strapped, and palletized via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight anywhere in the continental United States. Small parts and accessories ship by standard parcel carriers. Here is exactly how it works, what it costs, and what to do on delivery day.

Shipping Costs

  • Vending machines (freight): Typical continental-US freight runs $300–$800 depending on distance and service level.
  • Liftgate service: +$80-$150 — required if your delivery address has no loading dock or forklift. The liftgate lowers the pallet to ground level.
  • Residential / limited-access delivery: +[$50–$200] where the carrier applies a surcharge (homes, schools, storage facilities, military bases).
  • Parts & accessories: [$9.99 flat / free over $90] via [UPS/FedEx/USPS].

Processing & Transit Times

  • Order processing: [1–3] business days for in-stock machines; refurbished machines may require [3–7] business days for final testing.
  • Freight transit: typically [5–10] business days in the continental US after pickup.
  • Delivery appointment: the freight carrier will call the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to receive and sign.

What Freight Delivery Includes (and Doesn’t)

Standard freight is curbside/dock delivery: the carrier brings the machine to the back of the truck (and to ground level if liftgate is ordered). Standard delivery does not include bringing the machine inside, unpacking, positioning, or debris removal. If you need inside placement, ask us about white-glove options at checkout, or arrange local machine movers — vending machines weigh several hundred pounds and require an appliance dolly and two or more people.

Delivery Day Inspection — Please Read

Before signing the delivery receipt: (1) count the pieces, (2) inspect all sides of the packaging, (3) open and inspect the machine if anything looks off. If you see damage, note it in writing on the delivery receipt before signing — “1 carton, visible dent left panel” is enough — and photograph it. Signing free-and-clear legally confirms good condition and makes freight claims very difficult. Report any damage to us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos, and we will manage the claim and resolution with you.

Site Prep Checklist

  • Doorways/path at least (machine dimensions are on every product page).
  • A dedicated standard [110–120V] grounded outlet within [6] feet of the placement spot.
  • Level floor; refrigerated machines should stand upright [6–24 hours, per model manual] before plug-in if tipped in transit.
