Warranty Coverage
Every machine we sell is covered. Here’s exactly what that means, in plain English.
New Machines
New machines carry the manufacturer’s warranty — typically [1 year] parts coverage, with on refrigerated models (exact terms are listed on each product page and in the machine’s documentation). We facilitate all warranty claims: contact us first and we’ll coordinate parts and resolution with the manufacturer.
Refurbished Machines
Refurbished machines carry our [90-day] parts warranty: if a covered component fails in normal use within [90 days] of delivery, we ship the replacement part at no charge and support your installation by phone. Covered: vend motors, control boards, payment components we supplied, refrigeration components, and delivery/sensor systems. Not covered: consumables (bulbs, filters), cosmetic wear, and the exclusions below.
What Voids Coverage
- Freight damage not noted at delivery (see the Shipping page — note damage on the delivery receipt).
- Improper electrical supply (extension cords, non-grounded or shared overloaded circuits).
- Unauthorized modification, incorrect installation of third-party parts, or physical abuse/vandalism.
- Outdoor placement of indoor-rated machines.
How to Make a Claim
Email or call with your order number, machine model, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible. We diagnose most issues same-day by phone and ship covered parts within [1–2 business days].
Beyond the Warranty
Out of coverage? We still help: our team supports troubleshooting by phone and can supply replacement parts for the platforms we sell, usually cheaper and faster than a service call.
Vending Machine Financing
A good machine in a good location pays for itself — financing just lets it start doing that now instead of after you’ve saved the full price. We offer financing on qualifying machines through [FINANCE PARTNER(S)], with decisions typically in [minutes/1 business day].
How It Works
- Pick your machine(s) and choose “Apply for financing” at checkout or on the quote form.
- Short application — basic business/personal info; [a soft credit check that won’t affect your score / credit check terms per partner].
- Get terms — amount, monthly payment, and term length ([12–60] months typical for equipment like this).
- We ship — the machine goes to work while you pay monthly.
The Math That Matters
Example, for illustration only: a $3,699 combo machine financed over [36] months runs roughly [$1XX]/month depending on approved terms. A decently placed combo grossing a few hundred dollars monthly can cover its own payment from location revenue — which is exactly why operators finance: the location funds the machine. Actual terms depend on credit approval; actual revenue depends on your location.
What You’ll Need
- Business info (or apply as a sole proprietor — new LLCs and first-time operators are common in vending and [PARTNER] works with them).
- Basic identity/financial details; [personal guarantee is typical for new businesses].
Financing FAQs
Can I finance with a new business?
Usually yes — equipment financing for first-time vending operators typically relies on personal credit with a personal guarantee. Approval and terms vary by applicant.
Is there a down payment?
Yes Down Payment of 50%
Frequently Asked Questions
Buying
Can I see a machine before buying?
We’re an online-direct seller, which is how we keep prices below dealer showrooms. Every listing includes full photos and specs
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — buying [2+] machines? Use the Request a Quote page and we’ll price the bundle including combined freight, which usually saves meaningfully.
Do prices include the card reader?
It varies by machine and is stated on every product page: some ship with readers included (e.g., Greenlite Pico, PayRange models), others are “card-reader ready” (MDB) so a reader adds $200–$500.
Delivery & Setup
How long until my machine arrives?
Typically [1–3] business days processing plus [5–10] business days freight transit in the continental US. The carrier calls to schedule your delivery window.
Do you install the machine?
Standard freight is curbside/dock delivery — placement inside is not included. Ask about white-glove options, or plan two people and an appliance dolly. Setup after placement is simple: level it, plug into a dedicated grounded outlet, load product, set prices.
What power does a vending machine need?
A standard dedicated [110–120V] grounded outlet. Refrigerated machines that traveled on their side should stand upright per the manual (commonly 6–24 hours) before plug-in.
Operating
How do I set prices and load product?
Every machine ships with its manual, and pricing/loading takes minutes once you’ve done it twice. We support first-time setup by phone — that’s included, not an upsell.
Where do I buy product to stock the machine?
Most operators stock from warehouse clubs (Sam’s Club, Costco) or wholesale distributors. Rule of thumb: sell at roughly 2× your product cost.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
Plan for product cost (~50% of sales), card processing on cashless sales, electricity (roughly $10–$50/month depending on refrigeration and efficiency), and occasional parts. ENERGY STAR machines sit at the low end of the power range.
Support
What if something breaks?
Call or email us — most issues are diagnosed by phone same-day, warranty parts ship within [1–2 business days], and we support out-of-warranty machines with parts and phone help too. See the Warranty page for coverage specifics.
Do you sell parts?
